Syara is my therapist here for my third session and she has been great and friendly. Previous therapist was good also. So far my experience has been pleasant and lesser and finer hair for my underarm area. Treatment is effective!

Took the carbon peel and oxy infusion service. Saw instant pore reduction. Loved the immediate skin brightening and immediate pore minimising effect. Plus no product was sold, so u can stay with your own skincare product, the treatment uses high technology machines each suitable to your own skin needs. Love it.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the service is both affordable and excellent. I love that each facial is personalized to my skin’s needs during every visit, making it easy for me to decide on the right treatment without feeling overwhelmed. I saw bare skin facial and laser bar on my Instagram page. I called them to book an appointment for a facial and the process was seamless. I got a message from their Bangsar team, to confirm the timing and they also clarified the questions I had. Once I read I was given a digital form to fill and I had time to ask my consultant about my skin type and the type of treatment I should go for. The treatment itself was very calming and a great half hour. They also take you through the process step by step and explain the products that they use while they are doing the treatment. Angel was very kind and patient, and ensured I was comfortable at all times. The only thing I would suggest to add to the treatment is extracting black / white heads. Otherwise it was a great experience

First of all, I bought 12 sessions for underarms laser treatments here. The therapist is always good and kind, will tell you one by one step, even its only like 5 minutes treatment. And then I signed up first trial for personalised facials, Ms. Memei, the consultant told me every details treatment and never forced me to buy any package. The first treatment was with Ms. Ira, like usual, she did the treatment so gentle and told you the steps so you would be prepared yourself with whats gonna happen. I did carbon laser, oxygen dome and mask, the laser is okay because I have high pain tolerance haha, but the smell is quite scary. The place is cozy and comfortable. The package is not so expensive, they will have a lot of choices of payments so you don’t feel burdened. Thank you Ms. Memei and Ms. Ira🫶🏻

Third visit getting my third session, and honest review I’ve seen surprise improvement after my second session of laser. Slow and tiny hair growth, no cap but I think it’s depending on person’s body. Overall, satisfied and still look forward for my overall progress and hairless journey. :)

It was amazing Ive done laser before and i dont like it because it was painful But the beautician did the laser to me yesterday did it veryyyyy very gentle, I love it so much 🥰 Cant wait for the next visit for Hifu 🥳

It's a friendly services provided by the staff. The treatment is okay..no downtime. Its my first time visit . The moisturiser after the treatment is moisturising, unlike other facial store that I went to. I did the chemical peel and carbon laser. It doesn't hurt that much. So overall, everything is okay

Just finished my 2nd trial session, so far so good. It was very relaxing yet speedy. Very good for those on the go or just need a little pick me up during their lunch breaks. My beautician was Hazel, she was very informative about all the questions I had about the therapy and very observant when my face was twitching from the tingling sensations. 10/10 would recommend.

Love the service and attitude of a therapist name IRA. Please reach out to her. She’s gentle, polite, and sanitised everything for equipment that she use prior. She explained in detail what she going to do and she do it thoroughly without missing any spot. Highly recommend! And my result is going so great!

My facial therapist (Suria) is very friendly and attentive. I did the carbon laser and extraction and see an immediate effect of the treatment. Really satisfied with the service.

I have been doing lasers here for 5 sessions-ish and had the best experience. The therapist were friendly, fun to talk to, very knowledgeable, and very well trained in customer service. There are session I would be laughing the whole time while I was getting the laser. They don't over hard sell you their package like other places. It is a very comfortable place to get your laser/treatment. Overall a 5 star for the lovely therapist. Will update this review on the name of my preferred staffs. I had such a great time i forgot to even ask their names. [Updated] Please find Christina or Angel on your next visit. These are my fav therapist. [Update] Finished 2 full sessions and added more sessions for other area! ISTG it works. What is hair?!?!?! However, the reason for the 4 stars is because I had a bad experience talking to the manager. She sounded arrogant, unwelcoming, rude and overall just makes me feel insulted. I do not understand how the staff is so well trained in customer service but not the manager(?). Please treat the customers the way you want your team to treat their customers. [Updated] The owner reached out and apologised on her behalf. Overall the place is great. I just added more sessions cause I just love them. Despite the parking situation and the place being far from my house, I will still recommend this place to others.
